Infrastructure investment is essential to an expanding economy. Increasing the minimum wage will reap great benefits.
Close the lope holes that allow corporations and high earners to avoid paying taxes. Disallow the deduction of moving/relocating jobs, equipment, facilities out of the country, and allow double deduction for investment in new jobs,equipment and facilities INSIDE the USA borders.
1) Expand investment in infrastructure, education and research. History shows that ONLY through investment can the government make the economy grow. 2) Pass campaign finance reform to eliminate "dark"money, and big corporate influence. 3)Increase the minimum wage. Increased earning is proven to result in increased spending. Increased economic activity results in increased revenue, and an upward spiral of standard of living for all Americans.
